This website at supremecourt.truelawyer.in (“the website”) is operated by Chambers of Naveen Arya, an advocate practice based at UC-22 FCN, Ramesh Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi 110015, India. References to “we”, “us”, “our” or “the chambers” mean Adv. Naveen Arya and the chambers.

2. Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit the enquiry form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and a brief description of your matter. You may also share documents during a consultation.

3. How we use the information

We use the information you submit through the enquiry form to respond to your enquiry, conduct a confidential first call, and where you proceed to engagement, perform the engaged legal services. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

4. Legal basis (DPDP Act, 2023)

• Performance of the engagement, where a written engagement letter is in place;

We share personal information only in the following situations:

• With associate counsel and instructed senior counsel involved in your matter, on a need-to-know basis and under the same confidentiality obligations.
• With service providers who operate our website infrastructure, email, and analytics — under contract, with confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation, court order, or other legal process.
• To protect the rights, property or safety of the chambers, our clients, or others.

6. Cookies and analytics

• Request erasure of your information, subject to our professional and statutory retention obligations.

• Lodge a grievance with the chambers; and, if not satisfied, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India once notified.

9. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption. Information submitted through the enquiry form is transmitted over a secure connection. Internally, access to client information is restricted to personnel who require it for the engagement, and is protected by reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

10. Children’s data

The website is not directed at children below the age of 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the website, please contact us so we can delete it.
