How we work

Three pillars of practice. One standard of senior‑counsel handling.

Supreme Court & Constitutional

Special Leave Petitions, civil and criminal appeals, writ petitions, transfer petitions, and constitutional matters before the Supreme Court of India and High Courts.

Corporate & Commercial Litigation

Company law disputes, shareholder and partnership matters, commercial arbitration, contractual disputes, NCLT proceedings, and M&A‑related litigation.

White‑Collar & Economic Offences

ED matters, PMLA, FEMA, CBI and SFIO investigations, search and seizure, anticipatory and regular bail, and representation in economic offence trials.

Why engage senior counsel

Capability statements, not claims of success.

03

Pan-India representation

Appearance before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and tribunals across jurisdictions.

04

Focus on complex matters

Practice oriented towards high-stakes constitutional, commercial, and economic-offence litigation.

Common questions

A few things prospective clients usually ask before reaching out.

  • The chambers offers a complimentary first call of around 15 minutes to understand your matter, the urgency, and whether the work fits the chambers’ practice areas. There is no obligation. If we proceed, fee terms are discussed in writing before any documents are reviewed.

  • Fees vary by matter — bail applications, Special Leave Petitions, writ petitions, and corporate disputes are priced differently. A clear fee is quoted upfront and in writing before any engagement begins. The chambers does not accept percentage-of-recovery or contingency arrangements, as Bar Council of India rules prohibit them.

  • Every consultation is taken by Advocate Naveen Arya personally. Routine drafting and filing may be supported by chambers staff, but court appearances and all strategic decisions are handled by him directly.

  • Yes. The chambers regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India for matters from across the country and has briefs from clients in multiple states. High Court appearances are accepted across most jurisdictions in India, subject to schedule.

  • Calls and WhatsApp messages during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 8 PM IST) are typically answered or returned the same day. Email enquiries are usually responded to within one working day. For urgent matters — arrests, time-sensitive injunctions, or imminent hearings — please call rather than email.
