Chambers of Naveen Arya

About the Chambers

Senior-counsel practice before the Supreme Court of India. Focused on constitutional and appellate matters, corporate and commercial litigation, and white-collar / economic-offence defence. Pan-India representation.

Our story

Chambers of Naveen Arya was founded by Adv. Naveen Arya after a decade of courtroom practice and research. What began as a solo chamber in New Delhi today operates as a litigation and advisory practice, with an associate-counsel network in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chandigarh.

The practice is oriented towards complex constitutional, commercial and economic-offence matters — briefs where sustained legal scholarship, careful procedural handling, and senior-counsel attention are required throughout.

Engaging the judiciary

Presenting to Ms. Ritu Y. K. Behl

Presenting a memento on behalf of the organising committee to Ms. Ritu Y. K. Behl, District & Sessions Judge, at the Indian Lawyers Association International Conference — one of several judicial felicitations hosted in collaboration with the senior bar.

Engagement with the trial-court and appellate judiciary is central to how senior-counsel chambers stay current with how matters are actually decided on the ground.
